Shipping

What shipping methods are available?

We ship within the Philippines through the following couriers:

  • Metro Manila: Ninja Van, ZOOM Courier, LBC Express, GrabExpress
  • Provincial: Ninja Van, LBC Express
Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally  using PHLPost’s Registered Mail service which takes 7 to 15 business days. Bulk or group orders may opt for EMS shipping.

How long will it take to get my package?

For on-hand items: Orders are packed and shipped out within 1-3 days after proof of payment has been received.

For studio pre-order items: Production takes 7 to 10 days. Once completed, orders are packed and shipped out. Please refer to pre-order schedule for target shipping dates.

For seoul-pre-order items: Please refer to pre-order schedule for ETA in Manila, and for target shipping dates.

Depending on your chosen shipping method, duration for shipping and delivery are as follows:

Metro Manila

  • NinjaVan / Zoom: 2 to 3 business days after shipping
  • LBC Express: 1 to 2 business days after shipping
  • GrabExpress/Lalamove: Same day pick-up

Provincial

  • NinjaVan: 3 to 5 business days after shipping
  • LBC Express: 1 to 3 business days after shipping

International 

  • Postal Registered Mail: 7 to 15 business days after shippingg
  • EMS (by request): 5 to 7 business days after shipping

Payment

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept bank deposit and transfer via BDO and BPI, LBC Pera Padala and credit card payments via Paypal for orders within the Philippines. For overseas orders, we accept credit card payments via Paypal.

No, you do not need an account to place an order. However, creating an account on our site allows you to keep track of your orders, as well as enjoy discounts and updates on future promos ^^
