This website is operated by CandySky Studio. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to CandySky Studio. CandySky Studio offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply  to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 1: PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
  1. All items listed on the website are available for purchase, and are labeled and categorized according to availability:
    • On-hand: In-stock items in our Metro Manila address that are ready to ship. (E.g. Albums, DVDs, Magazines, other official merchandise, and CandySky original merchandise.)
    • Seoul Pre-order: Products that will be pre-ordered and delivered to our Korea address, and then shipped via sea cargo to our Philippine address.
    • Studio Pre-order: Products that are designed by CandySky and are produced locally by batches. (E.g. Cases, Prints, Grips, Apparel etc.)
    • Digital Downloads: Products designed by CandySky and are meant for personal use either digitally on mobile phones, tablets, laptops, or computers, or at home printing. Instant items available for download once order and payment are completed. (Digital planners, digital planner stickers, wallpapers, icons, wall art, etc.)
  2. Please note that depending on the weight of the physical items, there may be exceptions in shipping. For bulkier items, shipping costs are computed separately. For Digital downloads, there are no shipping costs as there are no physical items.
  3. All sales placed on the website are considered final. Please be sure of the items before placing an order. Cancellations are not permitted due to change of mind.
SECTION 2: PAYMENTS
  1. Only fully-paid orders will be processed.
  2. CandySky Studio accepts payments made through BDO and BPI Bank Deposit or Online Transfer, GCash, LBC Pera Padala, and Major Credit Cards via Paypal Checkout.
  3. For On-hand items, full payment must be made within 2 days of placing an order. Items will be reserved during this period. Unpaid orders will be marked as “Cancelled” if proof of payment is not received within the allotted time.
  4. For Seoul Pre-orders, and Studio Pre-orders, we allow a 50% downpayment upon placing an order, with the remaining balance to be paid on or before the payment deadline. Buyers are expected to send their proof of payment, after which their pre-order will be counted and the order status updated to “Processing”.
PRODUCT DELIVERY
  1. For On-hand items, orders will be packed and scheduled for shipping after payment has been verified.
  2. For Seoul Pre-order items, shipment from South Korea takes 4 to 6 weeks from the deadline of payment.
  3. CandySky Studio is committed to preparing items without damage and shipping them out via our couriers: GoGoXpress, LBC Express, and PHLPost.
  4. We ship from the Philippines, and all items listed on the website are available for local shipping, with rates automatically computed at check out.
  5. For International Shipping, due to the high cost of shipping internationally from the Philippines, we ship with some exceptions:
    • Shipping Fee Calculated at Checkout: Paper Goods (Stationery & Eribong Inserts), Phone Cases, Grips, Keychains and other small items
    • Shipping Fee Computed Separately (Weight and Zone Dependent, we will send you an order note regarding the estimated weight and shipping cost): Albums, Magazines, Apparel and other bulky items.
      • You may also choose to request for a shipping quote first before placing an order.
  6. CandySky Studio will not be held liable for any damages or delays during shipment of items from South Korea.
  7. CandySky Studio will not be held liable for any delay in shipment made by the courier.
  8. Once the parcel has been turned over to the courier, CandySky Studio will not be held liable for any lost or damaged parcels while the parcel is in transit, or delays in shipping due unforeseen reasons or circumstances.
  9. CandySky Studio will not be held liable for packages that are marked “Return to Sender”, due to the buyer’s unavailability or providing of incorrect details.
    • In case a package is returned to us, it is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping address, and shoulder the reshipment of the package.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
  1. For On-hand and Seoul Pre-order Items, we follow a strict “No Return, No Exchange” policy.
  2. STRICTLY NO REFUNDS. However, for Phone Candy orders, in the event that there is unavailability of the phone model for replacement, CandySky Studio may refund the item cost subject to discussion. Shipping cost will not be included in the refund as it had already been an incurred cost.
  3. All items ordered during a SALE or PROMO period are final, no exchanges will be allowed. Items purchased during the sale period are not eligible for refund or exchange. Please make sure you have the correct items and sizes for order.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE WEBSITE, PRODUCTS, SERVICE AND PRICES. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions of Service by posting updates and changes to our website.
